The University of Iowa's program for information security and privacy utilizes a combination of policy, security architecture modeling, and IT security services and control practices to protect our electronic information. This integrated program describes administrative, operational, and technical security safeguards that must be implemented for those computer systems involved in the processing and storage of sensitive or private information.
